Terms and Conditions

Teel Premium Auto Detailing Inc.

Welcome to Teel Premium Auto Detailing Inc. We are committed to delivering professional mobile detailing, premium shop detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating services throughout Ventura County, California.

By scheduling or purchasing our services, customers agree to the following terms, provided these terms are disclosed before booking.

Appointments and Scheduling

All appointments are subject to availability. We ask customers to have their vehicles accessible and ready for service at the scheduled appointment time.

Mobile detailing appointments may be affected by weather, location accessibility, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any necessary scheduling changes.

Regular Detailing Services and Payments

No deposit is required for standard mobile or shop detailing appointments.

Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and requested services. Any additional charges will be discussed with the customer before the additional work is performed.

Ceramic Coating Deposits and Rescheduling

A $300 deposit is required to reserve a ceramic coating appointment.

The deposit is non-refundable, subject to applicable law, and will be applied toward the total cost of the ceramic coating service.

Customers who need to reschedule may transfer their existing $300 deposit to a new available appointment date.

If a customer cancels without rescheduling or fails to attend the appointment, the deposit may be forfeited, except where otherwise required by law.

Vehicle Condition and Service Expectations

Customers are encouraged to disclose existing damage, delicate surfaces, aftermarket modifications, and other vehicle concerns before service begins.

We take great care when working on every vehicle. However, detailing results depend on the vehicle’s existing condition, age, paint quality, and prior maintenance.

Some scratches, stains, oxidation, water spots, and other imperfections may not be completely removable through detailing or paint correction.

We will not knowingly perform additional services without customer authorization.

Personal Belongings

Customers are encouraged to remove cash, valuables, and important personal belongings before their appointment.

We will exercise reasonable care when working around any items remaining inside the vehicle.

Ceramic Coating Care

Ceramic coatings require proper maintenance to achieve their intended performance and longevity.

Customers should follow the aftercare instructions provided by Teel Premium Auto Detailing Inc.

Coating durability depends on environmental exposure, washing methods, vehicle usage, and ongoing maintenance. No coating makes a vehicle completely scratch-proof or eliminates the need for regular cleaning.

Any specific product warranty will be governed by its applicable written warranty terms.

We will review concerns individually and work toward a reasonable resolution consistent with applicable law.

Changes to Appointments or Services

Teel Premium Auto Detailing Inc. may need to reschedule an appointment because of unsafe weather, equipment issues, staffing circumstances, or other operational needs.

If we are unable to provide a prepaid service and no alternative arrangement is agreed upon, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with California law.
